Refund Application: If you purchased Ultimate Phone Spy Software via a third-party online shop, you must apply for a refund directly through the reseller from whom you made the purchase. Please refer to the reseller’s refund process for more details.

- Technical Issues: In the event that you experience technical issues with the Software, which cannot be resolved by our Ultimate Phone Spy Customer Support Center, you may be eligible for a full refund. - Refund Timeframe: You may be eligible to receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
- Primary Subscription: Refunds apply only to the primary (first) Ultimate Phone Spy subscription. If you have purchased additional subscriptions in separate orders, refunds will not be issued for those additional subscriptions.
- One-Time Refund: Refunds will only be issued once. If you purchase another Ultimate Phone Spy subscription at a later time, it will not be subject to the same refund request.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Loss of Encryption Key: If you lose your private encryption key, resulting in data loss or temporary loss of access to your control panel, a refund will not be issued.
- Operating System Upgrade: If you refuse to re-install or re-link the Ultimate Phone Spy Software after an operating system upgrade on the target device, a refund will not be issued.
- Compatibility Issues: If your target device is not in compliance with the Ultimate Phone Spy Compatibility Policy, a refund will not be issued.
- Loss of Connection: If the target device loses connection with the Ultimate Phone Spy subscription due to reasons such as the absence of Internet access, factory reset, or updating to the latest operating system version, a refund will not be issued.
- Beyond Ultimate Phone Spy’s Control: If the reasons for a refund request are beyond Ultimate Phone Spy’s control, including but not limited to situations where the target phone is not owned or used by the purchaser, lack of Internet access on the target phone, or unsupported operating systems, a refund cannot be issued.
- Personal Reasons: Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons such as changing your mind, accidental purchases, or non-usage of the software.
- Uninstallation or Damage: If the Ultimate Phone Spy Software is unlinked or damaged by anti-virus software, the target device’s owner, or other services, a refund will not be issued.
Ultimate Phone Spy without Jailbreak Solution
For users of the Ultimate Phone Spy without Jailbreak solution, the following circumstances are considered non-refundable:
- Ownership and Usage: If the target phone is not owned or used by the purchaser’s child or ward, a refund will not be issued.
- iCloud Credentials: If the user does not have iCloud credentials for the target device or if they are not up-to-date, a refund will not be issued.
- Wi-Fi Connection: If the target device does not have a daily Wi-Fi connection, resulting in improper functioning of the Ultimate Phone Spy Software, a refund will not be issued.
- Beyond Ultimate Phone Spy’s Control: If the reasons for a refund request are beyond Ultimate Phone Spy’s control, as outlined in the previous section, a refund cannot be issued.
Phone Support and assistance
Phone Support and assistance services provide personalized technical support and assistance. These services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Subscription prolongation fees are non-refundable. Upgrades or downgrades to or from Ultimate Phone Spy subscription plans are also non-refundable.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Refund decisions will be made as soon as possible. We aim to process refunds promptly and efficiently.
- Please note that a 9% deduction will be made from the refunded amount for fees charged by banks and payment processing companies.
In the event of a chargeback or similar action by a payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend access to all Ultimate Phone Spy accounts associated with the purchase. Account reactivation will be at our discretion and will only occur after the outstanding payment is received. Any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks or payment disputes shall be the responsibility of the user.
