If you are the parent or device owner, reset the Screen Time passcode instead of trying to bypass it. On the iPhone, open Settings > Screen Time > Change Screen Time Passcode > Change Screen Time Passcode, then choose Forgot Passcode? and enter the Apple Account that was used when the Screen Time passcode was created. In a Family Sharing group, the organizer can reset a child's Screen Time code from the organizer's device.
If the recovery account is unavailable, use Apple's account-recovery process first. Avoid deleting profiles, changing the device clock, or using an unlock utility; those tactics can weaken the safety rule, lose data, or expose account credentials.
