If this is your Facebook account, use Meta's official compromised-account flow. From a device you have used before, go directly to Facebook, review Password and security > Where you're logged in, end unfamiliar sessions, change the password, and enable two-factor authentication. Check whether the account email, phone number, name, or advertising permissions were changed.
Also secure the email account attached to Facebook. A recovered Facebook password will not stay safe if somebody still controls that inbox. Remove unknown browser extensions and apps, update the phone or computer, and save recovery codes somewhere offline.
Do not use a service that offers to enter somebody else's Facebook account, sells stolen passwords, or asks you to forward a verification code. We cannot help with unauthorized access.
