3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Ultimate Phone Spy to:

• Monitor spouses, partners, or adults without consent (illegal stalking)
• Engage in harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
• Access devices you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Use for malicious, fraudulent, or illegal purposes

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• 30-day money-back guarantee (see refund policy)
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

6. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee applies if:

• Technical issues prevent software from working on compatible devices
