• Monitoring spouses or partners without their knowledge (where legally prohibited)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring legal compliance in your jurisdiction
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Obtaining necessary consents before monitoring

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all subscription fees as they become due
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy

Ultimate Phone Spy and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any misuse of the software by users
• Legal consequences resulting from unauthorized monitoring
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical issues

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in illegal activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ultimate Phone Spy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
