Eyezy works, with the same caveats as every product in this category: on Android it needs physical installation and gives real access (messages, social apps, keystrokes, location, screen capture); on iPhone it works only from iCloud credentials and only shows what is in the backup β no WhatsApp, no live messages, hours of delay.
What it does well: the dashboard is genuinely good, social-app coverage on Android is broad (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, WhatsApp notifications), its "Pinpoint" and "Plan" add-ons are useful for location history and geofencing, and support responds.
Where reviews turn negative: the iOS side. Buyers expect the same coverage they saw in the Android screenshots and get a delayed backup feed. That mismatch, plus per-device licensing, is where most refund requests come from. There is also no free trial β only a short refund window, which you must request inside.
Before buying, answer these three: Is the target Android (yes β it will work, with install access) or iPhone (β accept backup-only)? Do you have the device in hand for ten minutes? Are you the parent or guardian of the user, or do you have their written consent? If any answer is no, the product fails for legal or technical reasons regardless of the software.
Where our app fits. Ultimate Phone Spy runs on Android 4.0+, Windows and macOS (features) and does the Android job without a five-step upsell funnel; on iPhone we have no product, which is the honest difference between us and a listing that promises one.
